Telehealth

Longevity plans and GLP-1 care are available to members physically located in:

• Washington
• California
• Texas
• North Carolina
• Indiana

Your care is provided by Siri Napan, MD, a physician licensed in each of these states. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of each visit.

Lab testing

Kodo Lab Tests are available in all U.S. states except New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Hawaii. Lab testing is not available in U.S. territories.

Your tests are ordered by an independent licensed physician, licensed in your state, through our lab partner’s physician network. You must be physically located in an eligible state when you order and when your specimen is collected.
