Approach

How Kodo works

No guesswork, no one-size-fits-all. Your biomarkers set the starting point, your protocol follows the data, and retesting keeps it current.

200+ biomarkers, including imaging and fitness testing, combined into one Kodo Score™.

01

Measure

Where you stand

Every protocol starts from a baseline: how you are doing today, measured. Intake brings together your history, wearable data, and the results you already have.

Your first assessment measures 200+ biomarkers, including CAC, DEXA, and VO₂ max testing. From there we evaluate the six domains that shape healthspan and lifespan — cardiovascular, metabolic, muscle, inflammation, lifestyle, and biological age — in a comprehensive assessment tailored to you. Further tests are added only when they would complete the picture.

Your core biomarkers roll up into your Kodo Score™, one composite number with a score for each domain, built on the markers that best predict lifespan. Your other clinical biomarkers are reviewed alongside it, so your healthspan and general health are optimized too.

Most blood work is a local draw. Imaging and other testing are arranged locally when the result could change the plan. A physician consult is optional to start.

02

Plan

The protocol

A written protocol across nutrition, fitness, recovery, resilience, and biooptimization, built only on the interventions that earn a place. Specific enough to run, tailored to your data, and written for your next step rather than pulled from a generic menu.

That might mean:

  • Protein and training targets based on your muscle and VO₂ max picture
  • A focused supplement plan, filled through Fullscript when you want it ordered
  • GLP-1 or other weight-loss medication, prescribed by a physician, when the metabolic data support it
  • A peptide consultation only when it could meaningfully change your plan

Prescription only if needed. Many interventions need no visit and no prescription; when one would help, a physician reviews your data first.

The Kodo app™ is where that plan can live day to day, and it is free for members. Turn the protocol into a daily plan with reminders, a journal, goals, and trend and correlation analysis, so you can see what moved. Your Kodo Score™ updates when new numbers land. Run it yourself, or keep a physician overseeing every step.

Optimize

Revise as the data move

Optimization is not another full workup. Follow-up labs and testing are targeted to what needs to be reassessed. We look at the new numbers, what you actually did, how the plan worked in real life, and what changed.

Each round ends with a new report: an updated Kodo Score™, a read of what changed in each domain, and a revised protocol for what comes next. The protocol keeps what is working, refines what is not, and only then adds the next intervention. Then it continues: measure, plan, optimize.

Stay on autopilot and let the system guide your next steps, or add physician guidance when you want a deeper review and ongoing support: your results reviewed, the protocol discussed, the next phase planned together. The level of support can change as your needs change.
