Protocol
The Founder’s Protocol
I started my personal longevity protocol in August 2023. It’s now on version 3.0 and keeps changing as new research comes out. Some of it rests on strong evidence and some is experimental. It’s my own protocol, not a recommendation.

Disclaimer
This is my personal protocol, shared for education only. It is not medical advice or a recommendation for any patient. Supplements are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or effectiveness, and some items listed are prescription drugs used off-label or compounds that are not FDA-approved for longevity. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, medication or fasting program.
Fasting-mimicking diet
Twice a year I do a 5-day fasting-mimicking cycle for 3 months in a row, following the protocol used in the research.
- Day 1: about 1,100 kcal (11% protein, 46% fat, 43% carbs)
- Days 2–5: about 720 kcal/day (9% protein, 44% fat, 47% carbs)
- Plant-based and low-protein
In randomized trials, 3 monthly cycles lowered insulin resistance, liver fat and a biological-age score. These are early, exploratory findings from industry-linked studies, with no data yet on disease or lifespan. Not for anyone pregnant, underweight, diabetic on medication, or with an eating-disorder history; check with your doctor.
