Frequently asked questions

Short answers. If yours isn’t here, email hello@kodo.health.

Membership & pricing

What plans are there?

Four: Assessment ($399 once), Autopilot ($999/year), Co-Pilot ($1,799/year), and Concierge ($3,399/year). Compare them on Start.

What’s the difference between the plans?

Assessment is one complete round: intake, tailored testing, your Kodo Score™, and a written protocol. Autopilot keeps the protocol in motion for a year with follow-up labs as appropriate. Co-Pilot adds a first consult, quarterly visits, and prescriptions when clinically appropriate. Concierge adds monthly-cadence physician visits. Details are on Start.

Do I need a visit or prescription?

No. Assessment and Autopilot have no visit and no prescription. Choose Co-Pilot or Concierge if you want a physician overseeing every step.

Is Kodo insurance?

No. Membership fees are not health insurance and are not billed to insurance.

Where is Kodo available?

Kodo visits are virtual, and we confirm where you are located at enrollment and at each visit.

Who can join?

Adults 18 and older. We confirm your location at enrollment and at each visit.

Kodo Score™

What is the Kodo Score™?

One clear read across six domains: cardiovascular, metabolic, muscle, inflammation, lifestyle, and biological age. It’s a starting line, not a grade.

How is it built?

Each domain is built from the markers that belong to it. Markers that matter to health but don’t enter the Score are read beside it.

Labs & tests

Are labs included in the price?

No. Plan prices are a service fee only. Blood work, NutrEval, and facility imaging are billed separately, and we tell you the price or billing party before ordering.

Where do I get my blood drawn?

Most blood work is a local draw. Imaging and other testing are arranged locally when the result could change the protocol.

How are labs and supplements ordered?

Through Fullscript, only with your separate consent.

The Kodo app™

What is the Kodo app™?

Your longevity companion: your score, your protocol, and your progress in one place.

Is the app included?

Assessment includes the Kodo app for 12 months. Beyond the first year, the app is billed on its own if you are not on a yearly plan.

Care & your cardiologist

Who designed Kodo?

Kodo is a cardiologist-designed longevity system. See About.

Are visits in person?

Visits are virtual. If something needs an in-person exam, we refer you out.

Is Kodo emergency care or primary care?

No. For emergencies, call 911. Kodo doesn’t replace your primary care physician unless we tell you in writing.

Privacy & data

How is my health data protected?

Health data for the member portal and care systems is stored with Amazon Web Services under a business associate agreement. See our Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

Do you share my data?

We share health information with Fullscript and its lab partners only with your separate consent, so labs and supplements can be ordered. You can withdraw that consent.

Billing & cancellation

How do I pay?

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your full card number.

Do annual plans renew?

Yes, automatically for another 12 months at the then-current price. We email you 15 to 45 days before each renewal with the date, amount, and how to cancel. Turn off auto-renew or cancel anytime in the portal (Membership tab) or by emailing hello@kodo.health; it takes effect at the end of your paid term.

Can I get a refund?

Assessment is fully refundable until your lab kit is ordered. Annual plan fees for the current term are not refunded except where required by law. See our Terms.
