Longevity, scored and written

Measure.
Plan.
Optimize.

Baseline measured. A protocol written. Then revised as the data move — in Lattice, or with a physician in the loop.

01

Measure

Where you stand

A baseline is the starting point: how you are doing, measured. Intake brings together history, wearable data, and what you already have.

From there we test and evaluate the domains that shape long-term health — cardiovascular, metabolic, muscle, inflammation, lifestyle, and biological age — in a comprehensive assessment tailored to you. Further tests only when they would complete the picture.

That picture becomes your Longevistic Score™. Each domain is built from the markers that belong to it, so the protocol starts from what is working and what is not — not from a template. The Score is not the whole file. Markers that matter to health but do not enter the Score are read beside it.

Most blood work is a local draw. Imaging and other testing are arranged locally when the result could change the plan. See examples of tests we may include.

02

Plan

The protocol

A written plan across six levers — training, nutrition, recovery, and the interventions that earn a place. Specific enough to run, tailored to your data, and built for the next step rather than a generic menu.

That might mean:

  • Protein and training targets based on your muscle and VO₂ picture
  • A focused supplement plan, filled through Fullscript when you want it ordered
  • GLP-1 or other weight-loss medication when the metabolic data support it
  • A peptide consultation only when it could meaningfully change the next twelve weeks

How that plan is held is a choice: no visit and no prescription, or a physician in the loop.

Lattice™ is the free companion app. Put the protocol into a daily plan. Reminders, a journal, goals, tools, and trend and correlation analysis so you can see what moved. A live Score when new numbers land. Run it yourself, or keep a physician on the same page.

03

Optimize

Revise as the data move

Optimization is not another full workup. Follow-up labs and testing are targeted to what needs to be reassessed. We look at the new numbers, what you actually did, how the plan worked in real life, and what changed.

Each cycle gives you a new report — an updated Score, a read of what has changed, and a revised protocol for what comes next. The protocol keeps what is working, refines what is not, and only then adds the next intervention. Then the cycle continues: measure, plan, run, learn, revise.

Stay on autopilot and let the system guide your next steps, or keep a physician in the loop when you want your results reviewed, the protocol discussed, or the next phase planned together. The level of support can change as your needs change.
